To maintain the integrity of the network, AACANet is very selective of the firms and agencies who become members. Law firms and agencies wishing to join the AACANet network must meet specific requirements and maintain a reputation of excellence within the industry.

To join the network, each firm or agency must:

OUR CORE PRINCIPLES

We do our absolute best to ensure accounts placed are ready to work and have all necessary data, documentation and other essential information at the time of placement. For an agency, accounts are placed with complete data and chain of title. For legal, we also provide all necessary original account level documentation.

We provide our network with the full support of our team so you are as successful as possible. We are here to help facilitate the process and pledge to work hard to make sure you have everything you need to excel.

Rates are set in a contract between us and the client. Any fees paid to us are separate from the fees paid to you. We take great care to ensure you receive fees consistent with industry standards.

We do not charge you an annual fee; however, law firms may be charged a placement fee on new account placements if the firm does not return the accounts within 30 days.

We do not offer exclusive territorial rights. Placement allocations are based on a firm's or agency's preferred states, balances, performance and compliance with standards.

We are able to interface with most software programs. Hubbard, Cogent, JST, Q-Law and CLS have AACANet specific interfaces, which are part of the program or purchased separately. You will need to guarantee your system is able to communicate with the AACANet system.

We solicit from all sectors of the retail and commercial industry and all asset classes. Accounts are generally credit card, landlord/tenant, auto deficiency, DDA and consumer retail accounts.

AACANet works with clients to develop suit-ready criteria to assure that when a file is placed it has already been pre-screened based upon industry accepted standards.
